I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SpaceX in Jul 2015
Interview
Had a 20 minute interview in person at the AUVSI Roboboat Competition. I then received another opportunity to phone interview a few weeks later. The interview went well, there were technical questions about structural analysis and also questions about experiences listed on my resume. I was told that I would be talking to another department head because my experience aligned better there. After another two weeks I had another interview which was about my experiences listed on my resume. Two weeks later I received a call from HR about the results of the interviews.
