Had set up the interview with the recruiter. Interviewer didnt show up and when I asked recruiter said interviewer called in sick but he forgot to let me know. Pretty sure this is bs... Recruiter told it would not be leetcode interview...well the interviewer did not apologize for rescheduling and he asked a leetcode problem... I solved it, not optimally but answered his questions about alternatives. He then proceeded to lecture about make sure you know what you are talking about as people are anal there. I don't know what else I couldve done...solved his silly problem and clearly explained alternatives. Companies that don't know how to evaluate talent ask silly coding problems which have very little to do with the job. What a waste of time!

Phone screening followed by a virtual live coding. Phone screening was just about resume. Live coding (60 min) dealt with system design and behavioral. Then on site after that -- still need to do.
