The process began with a phone call with the recruiter. She was super helpful and helped me to find a few departments I was interested in. Then she set up some interviews with potential managers in these departments. The interviews typically began with simple fit questions, transitioned into the interviewer discussing what he/she did on a day to day basis, and then led to more technical questions for me.

I applied online, and a recruiter reached out a few months later to set up my first interview with a Team Lead. It went well so I moved onto the second interview with the Team Manager. Both interviews were extremely technical and they grilled you on your projects.
