I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SpaceX (Blacksburg, VA) in Oct 2015
Interview
So the company sent representatives to my campus and I had the chance to talk to one of them for 30 minutes about his work and how I could contribute. It wasnt as much as a Q&A as it was a conversation about his work, my studies, my research, where he came from and stuff like that. Didint feel like any of my other interviews
