Interview
I submitted my resume through a current SpaceX employee to the SpaceX HR department and was strung along for a while. When the HR person received my resume, he called right away leaving a message to set up a time for a phone interview. I called back within the hour and the interview was set for the following day. He was to call me, and I waited 20 mins past our agreed-to time before calling him. At that moment he was too busy to talk and asked if he could call me back the following day. He never did. I followed up with an email and heard nothing. A few weeks later, I received an email from him apologizing and asking for a time in the next few days we could talk. I replied within the hour telling him I was available anytime the following day. He never called. It was quite frustrating.
