      SDR Interview

      May 4, 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at SparkPost

      Interview

Best interview process I have had so far in SF. Chris is super cool and the SDR team is sweet. Unreal compared to other interviews at companies here in The Bay.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SparkPost (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2017

      Interview

I was interviewed by HR ( very professional) then the week after I had a group interview( their TOP Sales people + Inside Sales Manager). The last interview was with the VP I did well in the interview and was offered an awesome job package. Although I declined ( I was offered a field position at one of the companies I applied for) this company is definitely on my radar for companies to work for in the future. Here are my top 2 reasons why: 1. Culture and People: Having encountered them throughout the process I can tell you that they are a mix of brilliant and talented smart people with a "cool" vibe. Its just like those found in Legendary Silicon Valley companies before their IPO. This culture is something that cant be bought. It is developed by brilliant people and forged and maintained by the right type of leadership. You ask me how I know? I used to work for one. 2. SF office view. Once you enter, the 19th floor offers a specular view of SF. I can guarantee that bad days or stress days are gone upon seeing this.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at SparkPost (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2016

      Interview

Applied online, they responded in 5 days and I spoke with their recruiter who was a pleasure to speak with. The next day I spoke with their Director of Inside Sales. I was invited for an onsite 2 days later to meet with SDR and Inside sales crew. I was then scheduled to speak with VP of Sales Ops. All conversations were very conversational and went well.
