I had already passed the recruiter phone call, which went well and they were great. This review is for my call with the hiring manager. They were 15 minutes late for our 30 min call, they talked for 10 minutes of the time about the company and product, etc. and hardly asked me any questions about myself or qualifications. Then the next day the recruiter said that the hiring manager passed one--really? They were a VP level executive who wasn't prepared for the interview, was late and did a horrible job of interviewing. If this was going to be my manager, it would have not worked out well.
