I was solicited by the internal HR recruiter about this role. 4 rounds of interviews with the final one being nearly a full day onsite with the CEO, COO ,VP Delivery, VP HR & VP Services. No difficult questions. All pretty straight forward and more about level setting on the expectations and responsibilities of the role. I thought the role was well aligned with my background and experience. After seeing how the company treats candidates I’m fortunate I wasn't offered the position. If you make it this far, don’t be surprised if you get a dear john letter with no explanation. I tried reaching out for more info several times but to no avail. Disappointed with the company and this is telling of their culture. If I invest this much time, effort and energy to interview for a role where you sought me, at a minimum you should be able to provide me with feedback on why you've chosen to move forward in a different direction. I’m not bitter about not getting the role, I’m disappointed with the company that they didn’t have the common decency to provide meaningful (or ANY) feedback.
