I was contact by HR within a day of submitting my application and had a phone interview within a couple of days which went well. Another phone interview (technical) was scheduled with someone in my role but in a different development center. That went well. A week later i was contacted for a face to face interview (technical/behavioral) in my local development center and that went very well. Work environment, team, and culture are great - exactly what I want. I was informed a week later that I was selected to join the team but an offer couldn't be extended at that time. I was really excited bc I wanted the job and to join the team. I wasn't contacted again. I eventually received an offer from another company and contacted RSI to inform them. They congratulated me on my offer and said they still didn't have a role available for me. I'd still love to join the team just a confusing recruitment process.
