Initially, i was contacted through an email. I sent out my resume and the HR personnel replied back asking me to initially interview over the phone. After successfully interviewing over the phone I was asked to come in to the office for a face to face interview. The office was very easy to find. the receptionist was very nice. I interviewed with two people, the HR director and the VP of Client Relations. The HR director was very pleasant and seemed to have a very nice demeanor. Throughout the interview,she keep great eye contact and smiled a lot. She began by explaining her role with the company and what would be expected if hired. Then she proceeded to ask me interview questions. After asking all the interview questions she shook my hand and informed me that another interviewer would be in shortly to interview me. So then the VP of Client Services came in and introduced herself. Her demeanor didn't seem as friendly as the first interviewer but she was still pleasant. She just had a no nonsense attitude. When the interview began she began by asking me questions.She asked completely different interview questions than the first interviewer. She kept eye contact and smiled occasionally. At the end she shook my hand and left the room. After that the first interviewer came back in and informed me she would let me know her decision within the week. The interview process lasted about an hour. I received a call back three days later and was offered the position.
