Recruiting team don’t seem to know what they are doing - unclear on salaries and positions. The second technical interviews are also vague, and you are not even informed who you are meeting with and for which role. But they predetermine your level in this interview but will not confirm it till the last interview but want to turn down your application due to being outside a salary band for a role they aren’t even clear on themselves.

3 rounds: -in house recruiter screening interview -Product Manager peer interview -Head of Product hiring manager interview Overall was very easy interview process, they didn't ask very interesting or probing questions, seemed to lack rigor in their hiring diagnostics. No questions to determine real soft skills or probe emotional intelligence, key factors in product managers. They ghosted after 3 interviews, pretty amateur and unprofessional process overall.

The interview process as a whole was relaxed. It felt like a nice conversation with other people in the field you are hoping to get hired into, such as software.
