Interview
I applied online through their website and received an email to schedule a phone screen the following morning. Immediately after the phone screen, I was asked to schedule an onsite interview. The onsite interview consisted of a technical interview (just questions, no coding) with one member and a behavioral interview with another member. After the interviews were done, I was asked to complete a 60 minute coding assessment through Codility.

They emailed me the day I sent in my resume to schedule an introductory phone call. The interviewer was friendly. The call lasted for about ten minutes and I was asked about past projects, whether or not I knew Java and JavaScript, and my schedule. They emailed me the next day informing me that I wouldn't get a face-to-face interview.
