Four interviews, initial HR screen of background, technical interview, take home assessment, interview going over assessment, behavioral interview. Be wary of false promises. I was given excellent feedback throughout the entire process, and told I would be submitted to a client for review. After weeks of waiting, I got an automatic rejection response from them (despite being told multiple times I would be moving through the process). In consulting positions come and go, and its fine if things don't work out, however I expect more professional behavior in explaining why, especially after weeks of interviews, meetings and preparation.

Didn't make it past the recruiter screening because they didn't think the number of years I had with a specific technology would result in an offer meeting my salary expectations. Perfectly understandable. Thankful the recruiter let me know I would be judged more on this single number than on my actual experience.

Fantastic! Initial zoom was very informative and had visual aids that helped explain the total interview process. The recruiter was extremely helpful and he answered all of my questions before I needed to ask them.
