I interviewed with Rural Sourcing back in November for a position as a database developer. I went through a fairly in depth interview process involving an introductory phone interview, a technical phone interview, an SQL skill assessment, and a final interview via zoom. I was told at the end of the interview I would be contacted in 2 weeks, and it has now been around 3 months. I do not appreciate being "ghosted", and find the fact that I received no follow up information highly unprofessional. I would not recommend doing business with this company as they will likely waste your time like they have wasted mine.
