Applied online. Sparq reached out to schedule an interview and then took the job post down. Wouldn’t clarify if they were actually interviewing for an open headcount. I was never sure there was a job I was interviewing for. Everyone who I spoke with was professional and easy to communicate with. 15 min phone call where you get screened. Then another 15 min phone call with an internal recruiter where I thought either the voice was text to speech or the interviewer had somebody chatting them questions live. First interviews asked basic probing questions about the role of product in delivering business outcomes to Sparq clients. Then 1 hour long interview with two members of the “product practice”. Questions about “product strategy”, jumping in on a project after it’s started, planning, etc. if you prep for the top 50 pm questions you’ll be fine. Email the following day from internal recruiter saying they’re moving on but suggesting we keep in touch for future roles. It seems like they interview to fill positions in the sales cycle and if they don’t close they pull the posting and interview you anyways.

3 step process across 2 weeks: 1) Screening with HR rep 2) 30 minute Technical screening Zoom meeting with a PM 3) Two 30 minute Zoom meetings, one with a Delivery Exec and the other with another PM None of the folks I met with could tell me who would make the final hiring decision nor did they seem to be aware of who the role reported into. Received a form rejection email a few days after final round which was fine with me after the red flags I'd encountered - I asked a few questions in response and was ghosted. No warm fuzzies here.
