Sparq Senior Developer interview questions

Interview starts off with a quick introduction followed by a ~10 question programming challenge. These questions were largely based on current .net libraries and Visual Studio knowledge. You are given 1 hour to complete the 10 programming challenges. Once you have completed the challenges or the hour is up, the interview precedes with a group interview. This part of the interview is laid back and the interviewee should feel fairly comfortable as long as they have a grasp of the technologies required for the job applied for.
