The corporate recruiter, a woman, cold-calling and pestering colleagues, seems to lack any sense of ethics, respect for candidates and knowledge of the industry. Efforts to discreetly circumvent intrusive questions pertaining to current and previous salaries while trying to gain information about case loads, travel requirements and company culture were blatantly disregarded. The interview style created the distinct impression they are seeking warm bodies at the lowest possible rate. A position out West was offered but later she said there was a job in Miami. Interestingly enough, a colleague was concurrently "negotiating" with her from the East Coast and told there was a job out West! While this game of bait and switch may be part of their company culture, it was a great waste of time to me. Avoid at all cost if you can. There are other employers more than willing to accommodate your needs in this high demand profession at pay rates 30-40% above what you could get out of Specialty Care.

Smooth. Know your subject matter and be personable. The interview(s) took anywhere from 30 mins to an hour. There were 3 interviews total. The last interview was a panel format.
