Interview
Their interview process is a lengthy one with several different steps, but I loved that because it really gives you ample time to do your research, ask questions, and decide whether or not they are a good fit for you. Along the way, you'll have a recruiter who is there, happy, and always willing to talk to you and answer any questions that you may have, no matter what they are. I loved the process. From the first person to the last, everyone was great and I loved how transparent they were about everything!
