Three interviews for a job that doesn't even pay a living wage - 15 minutes with HR, 45 minutes with management, and 1 day of doing free work for them at the office. I was more than qualified for this role, but was rejected. They asked inappropriate interview questions that had nothing to do with the role itself, such as asking about your family. Definitely got a high school clique vibe from this company, very immature.
