Spectrum Center Schools and Programs Teaching Assistant interview questions

Applied for a permanent, full-time position but was called back for a temporary, part-time, on-call position. The interview lasted about 10 minutes and was very basic. I was offered a part-time, temporary, on-call position a month later via email instead of the standard phone call. The whole thing felt very informal and unorganized.
