Question 1
Asked various questions on experience with employee relations.
I applied online. I interviewed at Spectrum (Rochester, NY) in Mar 2026
Interview
Within a second of starting the interview the recruiter told me I was not qualified and asked me why I applied. I felt like she was rushing me the whole time and she stated she had many interviews to get through. I had to stop her multiple times as she was very frustrated and abrasive and I didn’t feel like she actually read the details of my resume and took time to interpret the data. She seemed to have took a pulse on herself half way thru and apologized for her demeanor and started taking notes. She stated I would receive a result within 1/2-1 week. Overall I was not impressed.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Spectrum (Frisco, TX) in Mar 2026
Interview
Normal HR questions that aligned with a generalist position. The recruiter provided a great overview of the company and did an excellent job of explaining future business plans. During the in person interview the HR manager sort of rushed through questions after being 15 minutes late so I pretty much knew I wasn’t selected based on time not being valued from the very beginning.
