The process was fairly quick I must say. I have applied on Feb7th and received my interview request the same day. My Interview was schedule for the 9th of Feb spoke with a very welcoming gentleman who was very personable. The experience with him was very good and I felt that I knew him forever. Based on my resume he knew I had previous telecommunications experience. Right after the interview he immediately told me that I will here back from my recruiter. I sent a thank you email for the interview. The following day which was on the 10th of Feb I received a phone call from someone different in HR. She asked me how did I feel that the interview went? I gave her my feedback and at the end she burst out to say CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! We would like to extend you a job offer with us here at Spectrum. And of course I said yes . So, depending on you passing the exam, your pre screening interview with a recruiter, and your final actual interview with a Manager or Supervisor for the position in which you've applied all goes well.
