I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Spectrum (Kansas City, KS) in Feb 2024
Interview
The email alone was worrying as it gave inaccurate information for an applicant to gain access to the building. The buzzer for the security guard was broken and had been for years. An employee at the site expressed the frustration of these issues and explained the company was making budget cuts and it showed. The facility smelled on the production floor and everyone going in and out of the building did not look or sound happy.
The unterviewer only asked me four questions, while I asked 15 and half she had no answers for.
