Very simple, general customer service questions. Basic troubleshooting scenarios. Familiarity with networking a plus as well as a history in customer service. Questions asked regarding customer support history. Not a difficult interview.

There is a 3 step interview process, one with HR, then with a Supervisor, last will be with a manager. They all generally ask the same questions but what they are looking for is your personality and ability to connect .

Meeting with 2-3 supervisors walk through the floor. They take turn asking you questions and you are able to ask them questions as well. A pretty standard call center interview. Cabling and tech knowledge help but more customer service focused.
