In person for over an hour. Was told I would get an update the following week. 2 weeks later was told I didn't get the job. Then was told to look at the SMB and work my way up. I've spent over 20 years in Sales. If this is the case hire a person graduating college.

I met with the sales manager and it was a straight forward sales interview process. Ensure you are ready to explain your sales process including prospecting route planning and how you close a deal.
3 Steps; Recruiter - Hiring Manager - Hiring Manager's Boss. Recruiter was about 15 minutes, moved me to stage 2. Hiring Manager was in person, about 1 hour, Hiring Manager's boss was virtual (the toughest interviewer)
they asked questions, then more questions. I answered the questions. Then i asked questions I had about the role & company. Rinse & repeat. The wheel of time, etc. Questions were about previous role & my work experience
