I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Speechify in Apr 2024
Interview
They reached out to me to ask if I was interested; I responded positively and asked for a job description or a link to that. I never got one. I gave my availability, and they rescheduled 5-6 times, then called it off due to "unforeseen circumstances." I guess they cancelled the position.
Bonus tip: look at the company reviews. The majority were submitted between Oct-Nov 2023 and all are 5-star. Thank me later.

Very thoughtful, merit and experience-focused, and a great opportunity to meet several members of the team at different stages of the process. Mix of conversational and questions that solicited specific examples.
