I recently went through the interview process at Speechify and I must say it was one of the most structured and insightful experiences I’ve had. The process consisted of 6 rounds: Recruiter Screening, Task Assignment, Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Behavioral and Salary Discussion. What stood out to me was how different this process is compared to other companies. Rather than just asking DSA questions, Speechify puts genuine effort into evaluating your practical skills. All the interviewers I spoke with were extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. Overall it was a great experience interviewing with them.
