The hiring and interview process at Spencer Giftes is pretty simple. If a person would want to work there all they would have to do is get a paper application from the store, fill it out and usually when you turn in the application they would scheduel an interview. The interviews are one on one, and usuall consist of discussing past job experiences, and levels of management, and customer service skills. The interview is pretty chill, there is no dress code and you get bonus points for wearing a band t- shirt that the manager likes. After the interview they do some sort of security or background check.
