Very lengthy interview, at least 2 hrs.w/DSM then another phone interview with Regional. Told there was ample opportunity for advancement, but there is not.. Questioned as to whether I had any issues with the products that they sell. Application asked for references, but did not specify they were looking for personal contact numbers for former supervisors.

The overall interview process was good. They make you feel comfortable and is very accepting of you as a person. Very thorough on explaining about the company’s culture, benefits, and growth opportunities for management positions.
