Received a call two weeks after applying. Asked to do a pre screening interview over the phone. Was 90 yes/no true/false questions. Then had a one on one interview. Halfway into the interview, the lady said “I don’t think you’re a good fit” got up and left.
Never had that happen before. If you didn’t think I was a good fit- then why would you ask to interview me

Relaxed, laid-back interview with the store manager. Felt like I was talking to a friend. Had a good conversation with him and was told to call back in a few days to hear if I get an interview with the district manager.
