I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spencer Gifts (Indianapolis, IN) in Nov 2013
Interview
She asked me several different questions from the hiring packet. Wrote things down on the form that she had to submit upon hiring. Even though I was awkward and I never interview well it went pretty good. A few days later she called me with my start date. The interview process was really easy. I also appreciate the fact that they don't violate people's right by requiring they submit to a drug test.

Interview
Easy going. Nice warm welcome. Was shown how to do some of the tasks and felt very welcome. I was able to meet other employees and get their input. Was working the exact same week.
Interview was very relaxed. There was a packet with basic customer service questions that the manager went through, and I felt comfortable. The manager said that my future with Spencer's looked good, and I should expect a call the following weekend, but that didn't happen
