It was very simple. Just asked mainly about any previous retail experience and my availability. It seemed as though I had gotten the job already when I showed up to the interview. It was not stressful and very easy. I believe I completed some paper work while there as well.

i applied online and received a call a couple days after. the interview process was nice and welcoming. personally, i am a very anxious person but the interviewer made me feel very comfortable. because spencer's are typically located in malls, interviews will happen in public, at a seating area. this honestly made me feel less nervous. it lasted for 15 minutes. i'm waiting on a call (or not), but i'll write the interview questions to the best of my ability while the information is still fresh.

(because i worked at a grocery store for 4+ years previously) tell me why you are a fit for this job considering you were a cashier for grocery and this is retail. how can you incorporate that work ethic to this one.
