Not great. I arrived on time, introduced myself, and was told "I'm not ready for you just yet." The store manager then proceeded to chat and laugh with another worker for an extra 5-10 minutes while I browsed the store and waited. During the actual interview, the manager didn't really seem to care about my answers. They barely even looked at me. I was told that the process in Canada takes a bit longer due to the company being based out of the US, and that there is usually another interview that takes place with the district manager. When I followed up 2 weeks later via phone call, I was told "we're still interviewing." Which is more than okay, but the person seemed annoyed that I was even inquiring about it. Upon thanking them for their time, they borderline hung up on me; they didn't even say "bye" or "no problem".
