I was contacted, via Linkedin, by a recruiter about the position. I responded and I was able to connect with the recruiter very quickly. After speaking, I was set up with a phone interview with the hiring manager. Again, set up very quickly. The interview went well and I was told that the next step would be to chat, via Skype, with other members of the team. A week went by and I followed-up. The recruiter responded and said it would probably be another week. No biggie. A couple more weeks go by and now it is around the holiday. I reached out and was told that once people were back, they would know more and let me know. It's now been about 1.5 months since the last interaction and I have heard nothing. I understand that things get quiet during the holiday, but I prefer not to be completely ghosted.
