Interview
This was by far my best interview experience. I had several interviews with the leadership team. Then I gave a presentation to a panel. During that time, they decided they had another spot in the company I would be a great fit for. I then interviewed with that leader and was ultimately offered the second position.

Someone in my network referred me for the role.
A couple of days later I had a 30 minute video screen with the CRO and a recruiter.
The ball was left in their court to get back to me about the role but it's now 17 days later and I've been ghosted.
I've reached out to the recruiter twice and have yet to hear back one way or the other.
