Interview
I recently had the opportunity to interview with Spiff and had a great experience throughout the process. The entire process was smooth, and everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly. The interview consisted of three steps. The first step was an introductory interview with HR. They asked some questions about myself and allowed me to get to know more about the company. It was a great way to start the process and get a sense of the company culture. The second step involved interviewing with members of the engineering team. We discussed my background and I had the chance to answer some technical and situational questions. The conversation flowed smoothly, and I got to know some of the team members. It was a positive experience. The final step was a live coding exercise. Prior to the interview, I was asked to set up a certain environment. During the interview, I was given a problem to solve, and I had to explain how I would approach and resolve it. This exercise aimed to assess my problem-solving skills and how I think through challenges. Finally, I had a meeting with the HR team to discuss the offer. This meeting provided an opportunity for me to ask any questions I had about the role and the company. Overall, the Spiff interview process was well-structured and allowed me to showcase my skills and interact with various team members.
