The interview process was three interviews, about 20 minutes each. The interviews were normal questions. However, I had to complete a 30/60/90 plan for what my ideas were for the company, a personality test, an assessment and a soduko puzzle. I did not even apply to this position. The owner reached out to me on LinkedIn. When he first reached out I denied interviewing. I explained that the hours would not work for me. A couple of weeks later he reached out again and said that it would not be an issue getting to my children on time. In the 3rd interview another person told me I would have to work 50+ hours a week as well as take tests once hired. That sure seems like a lot of work for 50K a year. I am already making that and have a flexible schedule. After reading the reviews on Glassdoor I am nlt surprised they are losing employees. They didn't even call me to tell me they decided no. They sent an email. Suler unlrofessional. That tells me that they don't handle conflict very well and that they have terrible customer service which they strive to have. So glad that I avoided this company and saw the red flags after the wnd interview.
