Kind of an extensive process, but it's extremely helpful to be interested/have a background in the recording industry/music - that was a topic of conversation in every stage of my interview process. It consisted of 3 rounds: an initial call, a meeting with the engineer lead, and a behavioral and technical interview (which was one of the easiest techinals I've had, I did a code run-through)
