Interview
I applied to Splice in February 2022. First round consisted of a call with a recruiter which was very straightforward and to the point. Next was an interview with the hiring manager. I enjoyed our conversation and really felt like this was a place where I could fit in. After that I had a "virtual on-site" with two members of the team which wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be.
