No talent acquisition, just directly to the hiring manager (red flag). Nice but they talk too fast. Style was too demanding and mean. Later I found out that they were just buttering me up for the homework assignment. Homework assignment was “free work” that was directly related to Splitero’s product-service. Would not be compensated for my time. Their assignment is basically stealing ideas from candidates. It also required deep SFDC knowledge that couldn’t be gained in 2 to 3 hours nor in any sort of free SFDC tier. I didn't want to give them free ideas, so I left.
