Splunk Human Resources Role interview questions

Referred by an employee who mentioned great things about the company. My resume was submitted and rejected within minutes. I felt that the recruiter did not at all read the resume or value employee referrals. Based on the negative reviews on the recruiting process and what I experienced, the recruiting team is damaging the employer brand and other future employee referrals.
