Question 1
Asked to demo a product for 15-20 minutes to a small group.
An internal recruiter from the Sydney office conducted the screening call, unprofessionally to say the least. She was an old-fashioned recruiter who clearly doesn't understand technology at all. The only question she asked was, 'So... do you actually have experience using our platform?' I was honest; I didn't have much experience but had some exposure. Nevertheless, I was sure that it was not part of the requirements; however, I didn’t want to argue. The call ended in less than five minutes. It was my worst screening call experience ever.
