Email asking screening technical questions. Follow up email to schedule a phone interview from San Francisco (to me in U.K.). Firstly there was confusion about time zones and dates ("tomorrow" when sent at 1am can be unclear). The first time they did not call, only responding when I emailed to check. This happened again the second time even after being told to expect a call in a few minutes. I declined to try for a third evening waiting to be called. A complete waste of my time!

Interview
I had applied via careers portal and a few days later Recruiter reached out
He emailed me the process and also informed me the first process would be and I quote "Scripting round in which you may be asked to do log slicing, but there would be no DSA" Then he attached a link for a KARAT interview as the first round based on the performance of which further 2 - 3 rounds would be decided.
quite funny actually, after about 20 mins into the interview, The interviewer pulls out two medium level leetcode style coding questions to test my DSA.
I tried to call the recruiter regarding this...He didnt pick up and he replied "Sorry you didnt qualify for the next round" on message . He didnt even address the whole situation.
10/10 would recommend interviewing here, amazing culture and totally worth your time
