I submitted my application online and then they contacted me later that week with some pretty involved follow up questions to complete via email. I completed the questions, sent them to the recruiter, then was contacted for a phone interview. The manager on the phone was intense and seemed like he was searching for very specific answers to his questions so it was pretty challenging as anything I said didn't seem to satisfy him. I did like that he asked specific questions but overall it seemed like the team had a weird dynamic and wasn't going to be a fit regardless of the outcome.
