Quick phone screen with a recruiter and then a technical screen. Everybody I have interacted with has been nothing but pleasant so far. The technical screen felt more like a working sessions than an interview. Love the company, the tech, and the people. Would love to work at Splunk, since it is my first choice, but I have not heard anything back yet.
