Splunk has zero respect for candidate's time and effort. they will make sure to meet everyone in the team. if the team member is unavailable they will make you do a second round with that absentee team member. They are responsive till the final round. Anyone who tries to claim that they are working on improving their ghosting culture and is lying through their teeth. based on the past reviews, it seems Splunk takes pride of their "GHOSTING" culture. have been ghosted 2 times after on-site at Splunk. I between the ghosting i got one offer came after i joined another company because they were late by a month. It does not matter to them if you are on a deadline because they will never respect your deadline. its Splunk timeline that matter the most and its always the candidate who needs to accommodate. Ironically i had worked with one Splunk's recruiter when she worked for a different company. She ghosted me over there as well. When she told me after my onsite she will get back after the debrief which was supposed to happen the next day, i got sick to my stomach because i knew she was shamelessly lying and she would ghost me. she claimed she gave me her cellphone number and i can reach her anytime. She didnt give her phone number to me. WHAT A LOOSER!!! i have come to strongly believe that Splunk trains its recruiters to GHOST candidates or hire recruiters based on their GHOSTING skills to be number one company for the worst candidate experience. One of the Hiring manager said finding the right candidate is tough and continuously apologized for taking few minutes over the scheduled time. i thought to myself, yea, he is going ghost me till he finds a candidate better than me, if he does not find a candidate better than me, an offer might come in a month a two or i will never hear back. how can one FAKE so much. Anyone trying to initiate "openconversation" through glassdoor, is making an genuine effort to mislead the glassdoor community and save face because this GHOSTING culture is embedded within splunk and its like a pandemic within the company. Even a layman can see what horrible experience Splunk puts potential candidates through. Advice to fellow candidates, be sure to lock your dignity in a box when interviewing with Splunk because they will scorch the earth to take it away from you
