Really saddened by how unprofessional the team was throughout the last half of the process. Prior to my second call, I was told there wouldn't be a portfolio review, then during the call, I was asked to present work. During the next more formal presentation, most of the team had their cameras off and several even left the call. Was then ghosted by recruiting with no follow-up.
