Talent sourcer contacted me first and scheduled a quick call. No introduction of the company nor the role, very disorganized introduction of the team. TS mentioned in the end that I am probably too young for the role, "probably younger than me" (talking about herself/himself) that shows either a non-understading of the role (the job requires 5 years min. experience that match mine) or not screening my CV / profile at all. Recruiter could not clearly explain why my profile is not a good fit (after contacting me first...) nor the exact requirements for the job.
