Initially I applied for Project manager role but recruiter said they want to interview me for technical project manager role. There was no mention of any software skills required for this either roles in the job descriptions. After phone screen with recruiter, they asked me questions regarding my experience with few softwares. After I replied to them, they sent me automated rejected email. No coordination between recuiters and hiring manager. They themselves are not aware of what they are actually looking. They must have mentioned about the software skills required in the job description itself. Very bad experience total waste of my time.
