I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Splunk
Interview
4 rounds of interviews with different management roles, and current BDRs. Discussions were typically 30 minutes long and nearly completely behavioral. The entire interview process took about one month from application until offer, so about 1 interview per week. Would not say interviews were easy, but they were not too stress-inducing. Just come prepared.
I applied online. I interviewed at Splunk (Dallas-Fort Worth) in Mar 2023
Interview
Was told that I did too much research and product knowledge in regard to the data. In order to sell a product, you must be knowledgeable about a product. The first interview went great, but the second interview is where she told me I shouldn’t have focused on the product knowledge as much, after she asked me to explain Splunk.
First round was a hirevue. Second round was two back to back interviews that were 45 minutes. Last interview was 45 minutes with an Inside sales person. Overall straightforward and no technical questions
